Our Story

Glen Gardner has more than 35 years of experience in getting results for clients using the creative process. GG&A has created hundreds of campaigns for companies across the Internet, television, radio, direct mail and database.

Glen Gardner has helped train sales departments in New England, Wisconsin, Iowa and Illinois. GG&A has worked directly with clients in the US, Canada and the UK to produce stunning results.

We have developed a unique selling and creative system that focuses on collaboration rather than confrontation to get desired results. We don't approach a campaign or challenge as a military exercise where there are battles and marketing warfare. We look for the elements in a situation that can help a client or consumer. We then use a creative process to build solutions that can truly help people.

GG&A believes that if you have the ability to help someone, you will never have to "sell" them. The marketing process does not have to be confrontational.

Company History

After spending many years working in traditional media, Glen Gardner formed his own company in 2008. Glen successfully operated many businesses including radio companies, concert venues, concert promotion and music promotion. He brings his more than 35 years of marketing and communications experience to your business.

Glen started his career at WAAF in the Boston market. After working at several radio stations in New England, Glen moved to Iowa to co-host the morning program on KRNA in Iowa City and to serve as news director of the operation.

After Iowa City for 13 years, Glen was named United Press International bureau chief in Madison, Wisconsin. After the stint with UPI, Glen returned to radio in Madison as a program director, on-air host and eventually partner in ownership.

Glen served as president and general manager of Long Nine Inc. in Springfield, Illinois. The company operated four radio stations and a concert venue. He was successful in dramatically increasing station revenues and cash flow while incorporating new technologies such as streamed audio, database marketing and concert promotions.

Now GG&A is ready to bring that experience to your company.
